RESEARCH: for mailings, background on new target clients or sourcing whatever you need to make your business run smoothly.

PRESENTATIONS: preparing professional looking PowerPoint presentations to impress your clients.

FINANCE: managing and monitoring your expenses as you work on client projects, preparing and monitoring invoices; setting up and maintaining Excel spreadsheets.

WORD PROCESSING: drafting daily correspondence; audio transcription; type-as-you-talk over the telephone dictation; creating or proofreading and formatting your documents and reports; preparing mailings.

EVENT MANAGEMENT: sourcing and booking venues for conferences, meetings, dinners and presentations.  Sourcing suitable ancillary suppliers for audio-visual, set design, catering etc. Managing delegate lists.
